Ask your photographer whether photography or creating media content is their main work. If so, you will know that what they are asking for is reasonable, and will stick around for future work.

If they don’t, you can be sure they won’t be committed because they have a safety margin for their income as they do it as a side job.

You need someone who isn’t only interested in your money. Your photographer will need to be as close as your lender.
